Hongwu students faced off against the All-Star team in Foshan, and the "Phoenix Nirvana" team achieved a good result.

Since seven students were not in the same team in the previous round of district preliminaries, five G1 students and two G2 students had to re-form teams with "strangers" from other schools. On this trip to Foshan, they not only had to face a strange playing environment, higher level competitors, but also had to face many problems such as re-adjusting to their teammates.

The theme of this simulation business competition is "Phoenix Nirvana: Seeking the "Magic Wand" of Global Market Rebalancing", which brings together nearly 100 teams from more than 10 regional competitions across the country. Undoubtedly, it is a tough battle for the 7 young players from Hongwen who are stepping onto the finals for the first time.

The biggest outcome I gained from the All Star Business Competition was my own understanding of how to efficiently cooperate with others in a team to complete tasks.

The efficiency of work within the team is far more important than the time during the competition, and the secret to efficient teamwork is a clear division of labor and close communication.

I remember that the judging teacher said at the opening ceremony that if the team can reasonably allocate tasks during the competition and give full play to the team's strength, everyone can achieve good results without staying up late to prepare for the competition. The schedule was indeed very tight. At first, I was dubious about what the teacher said. After the baptism of the competition, I realized that the teacher's words were so right.

In the preparation process of Task 1, our group did not clearly divide the tasks and did not have good communication within the group, which led to teammates preparing for the road show until midnight every day and the road show performance was not satisfactory, but in the preparation of Task 2 and Task 3, our group learned a lesson, had a focus discussion before writing and assigned tasks to each member according to the scoring standard, which improved the efficiency of teamwork. Finally, not only did we greatly shorten the preparation time, but we also achieved the first and second places in the group.

After three days of multi-round financing roadshows, operational decisions and other competitions, seven Hongwen students in their teams showed their active participation enthusiasm and excellent competition strength, and finally won six different types of team awards, including the national bronze medal.

Looking back on the whole competition process, when working with students from other schools, we learned to stay calm under pressure and how to communicate and coordinate effectively. When we needed to complete a large number of tasks in a short time, we learned how to allocate and use time reasonably. This competition allowed us to deeply understand the power of teamwork and also allowed us to see our own potential and abilities.

This holiday, I had the privilege of going to Foshan to attend the national finals of the Aidan Business Competition. At the event, I met outstanding competitors from all over the country.

What impressed me most was the cooperation between the teams during the second round of road shows. We needed to find a team that shared our brand concept and was helpful to our development among many teams, and merge the two teams to form a new company. So we chose to cooperate with a team from Beijing. At first, we did not communicate actively and prepared for the road show blindly, resulting in many repetitive or useless tasks. After discovering this problem the next morning, we discussed the division of labor in a timely manner, gave full play to our strengths, completed the last part efficiently, and won the first place in the road show.

This was an unforgettable experience, and I accumulated a lot of valuable experience from both opponents and teammates.
