宏文学校青岛校区生物与化学系目前拥有教师9人，实验老师3人。主要开设IGCSE与A-level生物与化学课程。生化系教学以实验为基础，以探索为目的，创造条件引领学生探索广阔的生物与化学世界。课程编排、课程设置以激发学生科学兴趣为导向，强调培养学生动手能力和批判性思维。生物与化学系师资力量雄厚，老师均毕业于985等名校，拥有硕士研究生或博士研究生学位。

The Biology and Chemistry Department at Hongwen School Qingdao Campus currently has nine teachers and three laboratory teachers. We mainly offer IGCSE and A-Level Biology and Chemistry courses. The department uses practicals as the basis for teaching to create an environment where students can investigate the vast world of biology and chemistry with the purpose of exploration. The curriculum is designed to stimulate students' interest in science and emphasizes the development of practical skills and critical thinking. The Department of Biology and Chemistry has a strong faculty, with teachers graduating from 985s and other prestigious universities with master's or doctoral degrees.
The Department of Biology and Chemistry stresses the lifelong development and lifelong learning of teachers. We regularly organize academic discussions and professional developement on the frontiers of science and technology. Many graduates have been successfully admitted to famous foreign universities such as Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College and so on.
